Expedited Access to Medical Records

Washington Open MRI’s medical records division, Clearpath, allows attorneys, insurance companies, and records retrieval to easily request medical files. Clearpath is a HIPAA- compliant, web-based portal that enables us to fulfill requests faster and more reliably than relying on mailing documents and discs.

Once you have obtained a properly signed HIPAA-compliant medical release or generated a subpoena please follow these instructions to request medical records.

Login if you have an account, then follow the directions on the screen.
If you do not already have an account, simply click “Request Account” and fill out the information. The info will be reviewed and it may take up to 24 hours to create an account.
